Dog Park-A Great Place to Play and Train

If you are looking for a great park to run your dog off leash, look no further. The Spokane County Off-Leash Dog Park is a great place to meet other dog owners and watch your dog play, without getting tangled around a leash. It is located 15 miles from Spokane, near the Centennial Trail.

Comstock Park-An Activity For Everyone

While there are many parks in the Spokane area, you will be more than satisfied when you discover what Comstock Park has to offer. This wonderful park is located on West 29th Avenue between South Post Street and South Howard Street. We have visited Comstock on a regular basis since we moved to Spokane two years ago. There are numerous activities to do on the flat park grounds such as tennis, basketball, swimming, swinging, and cozying up in front of a nice fire during the winter months. People of all ages roam the park and find many things to do.

Hidden Acres Ranch - Greenbluff, WA

Saturday October 13th was a beautiful sunny day. After we went to church at Church of God 7th day located at 2929 N. Freya. Our family decided to drive to Hidden Acres at Greenbluff. There are several growers and each has unique things to offer families on an afternoon or day excursion. Some grow berries, some grow apples and peaches and other fruits.

One of the things I love to do with my family is to take a drive along the back roads of Spokane County and see some of the sights and scenery the differing seasons have to offer. This past weekend, My husband and three of the grandkids took in such a tour.
