Mobius Kids-A Place for Discovery

Mobius Kids is an exciting environment for children. This science and discovery center is located in the lower level of Riverfront Park Square. Upon entering, you will find a friendly staff member that is ready to greet you and your child and to answer any questions you may have about the center. We found out about Mobius Kids from a family friend and decided to plan a play date there for our two year olds.

For both me and my son, the cost came to eleven dollars total, however if you sign up for a membership that same day it will be taken off of the $60 membership fee. Once a member you have unlimited access into the science center for your whole family, including two adults and all of your children under 18 years old.

There are many interesting contraptions to figure out. While my son was perplexed over one contraption, I was trying to figure out another such as the cyclone mist maker. There is a tree fort, a dressing stage, a couple water activity tables, a play house and market, and a drawing and painting station. It is packed with different things for kids and adults to experiment with.

Once inside my son ran from station to station, moving on pretty quickly because he wanted to make sure he didnât miss anything. After returning a couple more times he slowed down and is now really taking in every table, trying to figure it out. Since my son is potty training it is great that they have family restrooms available in the facility near the drawing center. It is a great place to go and watch your child play with other children and for the parents to get a little social time as well. The center is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am until 5:00pm, so go and enjoy what the facility has to offer.

I didn’t know there was a children’s museum in our area. Thanks for posting this! I’ll be sure to check it out.
