Looking for the perfect spot to go to lunch with business associates or catch up with your friends after work, the Peacock Lounge in the Davenport Hotel is the perfect spot. The Peacock Lounge is located on the main floor of the Davenport and provides a wonderful lunch menu, lunch buffet and wonderful dinner menu and drinks.

I recently went for a lunch meeting at the Peacock Lounge and was absolutely amazed about how beautiful the lounge was and how fabulous the food was. When you walk into the Peacock Lounge be sure to walk up to the bar and look up. There is the most beautiful stained glass work of peacocks. It is absolutely exquisite.

If you visit the Peacock Lounge for lunch you can order off of the menu, or do their lunch buffet. I would highly recommend their lunch buffet. This is not your usual soup and salad buffet. There was soup, two types of vegetables, a pasta salad, green salad with fixings, potatoes, two types of fresh carve meat, beef and turkey, and rolls. The food was some of the best I have tasted. However, the best part was the price, $9.99. The menu also offered a wonderful array of foods that I look forward to trying on future visits.

The Peacock Lounge also offers some great signature drinks. Happy Hour is 4-6 pm every night with half-priced appetizers and small plates. There is also live music Friday and Saturday evenings.

Finally, the best part, there is complimentary valet parking for all orders over $10.
