Liberty Lake Farmers Market-Liberty Lake

We were out in the Valley this morning so we decided to keep driving and head to the Liberty Lake Farmers Market. The Liberty Lake Farmers Market is located at 1421 N. Meadow Lane Road, Liberty Square Parking Lot. It is open every Saturday May through September 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is very easy to find from I-90 and there are signs from the freeway to the Farmers Market.
I love farmers market’s in the summer as you can get fresh produce, meat, eggs and flowers from local growers at great prices. This time of year there is not an overabundance of fresh vegetables, but today there was plenty of fresh herbs, garden starts, fruit, meat, flowers, Italian food, and bread and pastry items. I also saw a lavender booth and other personal items. In a few short weeks the local famer’s markets will be bustling with fresh fruit and vegetables.

My favorite booth today was the crepe booth. I love crepes and so I treated myself to a hot fresh crepe. My son personally enjoyed the sausage/meat booth as he loved to sample the different flavors of sausage. My husband enjoyed the pastry booth and tried the cookies. I wish he would have enjoyed the flower booth though!

There was also a band entertaining the crowd while we moved from booth to booth. They were not the Dixie Chicks, but they were quite good and added to the atmosphere of the Market.
We do not get out to Liberty Lake very often, but I do know that next time we are out that way I am going to schedule it with a trip to the Farmers Market.

Wow!! Thanks for the great review.
It is customers like you that make the Liberty Lake Farmers’ Market possible.
We get customer feedback to make the Market a great place that people want to be on Saturday mornings. Each Saturday we are seeing more people show up at the Market on foot, bike, or golf cart. And people seem to stay longer each time they come as they talk with friends, neighbors, and farmers. Parents also take their kids to the children’s storytime that happens at 10:30 on Saturday mornings at the Liberty Lake Children’s Library, which is in the Liberty Square Building at the Market site.
Looking to stay up to date on what is happening at the Market, things such at the Italian festival that is coming up on July 19th, you can receive our weekly e-newsletter by signing up here:

I did not know they also had a storytime. We will have to venture out there again for the Italian festival and storytime.
